Vegan Chocolate Mousse
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup cacao (cocoa) powder
1/4 raw agave, honey, or maple syrup
1/4 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Puree until smooth! Pour into glasses – I use old crystal champagne glasses
Decorate with chopped strawberries, and blueberries! Serve chilled!
Freeze to chill before serving for a frosty glass!
